Braces 1: The separators
I will be documenting my journey with braces and this was the first step.
The separators did not hurt at all. Felt kind of cool with all the pressure and everything. They are an annoyance later in the day but not too much. I was told to take ibuprofen if I couldn’t handle it and to take down the small aount of swelling but everything is good and I don’t feel the need to take any meds.

lol im 19 too and i got my separators in yesterday on bottom and top teeth, and let me tell you they hurt really bad, but only on the bottom ones. Ill be getting my braces on january 25th haha, so were basically at the same points, ill experience it with you =] haha
