BRACES???>>>>>>>>????
i got braces on yesturday and yeah im in horrible pain just wondering how long is this goin to last. please dont say a few days i wanna no like 2, 3, 4 day???……………..by thw way dont bother bein smart and sayin a few days coz im in pain and i will hurt you!! ( ", )
wow! i got mine yesterday too 
But it would be a good idea to eat some panadol- I ate some this morning and my gums stopped hurting badly, but I still have to eat goo and soups. My friend said that your gums stop hurting badly everytim you try to chew in 2-3 days. I think at most a week

It took me about 3-4 days for the pain to subside enough where I could eat with ease. Give it a week and you should be perfectly find and adjusted.

one week. 4 days at the most. don’t worry, the pain will vanish soon enough. try drinking advil or tylenol to help get rid of the pain.

i remember when i got braces. Had mine for 2 years. so i know how you feel.
You should only been in mild discomfort for like 2 days. 3 at the most. Doesn’t really take that long to get used to.

hang in there, the pain will go away soon!
in the meantime, try taking panadol or nurofen to ease the pain.

when i got mine on they hurt for 6 days, if i remeber correctly. they hurt like hell when you first get them on…i know how you feel! it won’t hurt as bad the next time, when you get them tightened. you could try and take some painkillers to take the edge off the pain a little.

oh my god i got mine last year and they hurt for like a week.. but i couldnt eat anythingg for like 2 weeks =[
and when you get then tightened 1ce a month it hurst for another day
but you look good when you get them off =]

for me the really bad pain (like right now) lasted about 4 days.
the second day was the hardest.
oh and when they tighten your braces it will hurt but no where near as bad.

im sorry it hurts. been there done that. try to take some pain medication, like tylenol or ibuprofen if you haven’t already.
and the pain should go away in about 3-7 days…i cant tell you an exact day because it’s different for everybody. for me it was about 5 days.
